What is the Difference Between Yoga and Pilates?

While there are many similarities between Yoga, Pilates and Yoga with both focusing on mind-body connection and both having similar goals, Yoga tends more to be spiritual and includes more relaxation exercises. Pilates focuses on strengthening your body by focusing on your posture, balance and flexibility. This will help you improve your general fitness and overall well-being.

Pilates was created in order to link mental and physical health. Injured soldiers and dancers used Pilates to balance their bodies, minds, and spirits in the early 1900s.

Can Anyone Do Pilates?

Will Pilates Help You Lose Weight?
